Shipping, Refund and Returns Policy


Our refund/exchange policy is that every customer is happy!  If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase feel free to contact us at  Please include your name and the date of purchase as well as the issue with the product.  We will either exchange or refund your product upon return.  

The only non-returnable item is our gift cards.   

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5  days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping & Returns

Orders within the continental U.S. are shipped with the United States Postal Service and UPS. PO Boxes are acceptable for this shipping method. We do not ship outside of the continental U.S. Items are shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 4-6 business days from the day the package is shipped (excluding holidays and inclement weather delays).

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1124 Broad Street, Augusta, GA 30901, ATTN: RETURN.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
